集中带量采购模式下骨科类医用耗材的信息化管理

The Information Management of Orthopedic Medical Consumables with the Centralized Volume Procurement Model

骨科类医用耗材主要为植入物,随着各种骨科类医用耗材陆续纳入集中带量采购范围,医疗机构对骨科类医用耗材的监管力度逐步加强。为了解决传统骨科类医用耗材管理方式粗放,在集中带量采购趋势下无法保障骨科类医用耗材在使用前后各环节信息的有效查询及集中带量采购执行进度的实时监管,该研究结合骨科类医用耗材传统管理模式中的难点,集中带量采购模式下,通过信息化手段有效优化骨科类医用耗材的管理过程。

With implants as the main medical consumables in orthopedics,as various orthopedic medical consumables are gradually included in the scope of centralized volume procurement,medical institutions are gradually strengthening their supervision of orthopedic medical consumables.The coarse traditional management method of orthopedic medical consumables cannot guarantee effective query of information at all stages before and after use and real-time supervision of the progress of centralized volume procurement,with the trend of centralized procurement.In this study,with the combination of difficulties in the traditional management mode of orthopedic medical consumables,the effective optimization of the management process of orthopedic medical consumables through information technology with the centralized volume procurement mode was elaborated.
