快速冰冻切片检查在卵巢肿瘤良恶性鉴别中的应用

Application of Rapid Frozen Section Examination in the Differentiation of Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumors

目的 探讨快速冰冻切片检查在卵巢肿瘤良恶性鉴别中的应用价值。方法 收集2016年1月至2022年5月于医院接受手术治疗的280例卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者均接受快速冰冻切片检查,以石蜡切片病理检查为金标准,比较两种检查方式的检查时间,分析快速冰冻切片检查诊断卵巢肿瘤良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,以及与石蜡切片病理检查的一致性。结果 与石蜡切片病理检查比较,快速冰冻切片检查时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以石蜡切片病理检查为金标准,快速冰冻切片检查诊断卵巢肿瘤良恶性的灵敏度为100.00%、特异度为96.45%、准确度为97.86%、阳性预测值为94.87%、阴性预测值为100.00%,Kappa值为0.956,与石蜡切片病理检查的一致性良好。结论 快速冰冻切片检查时间短,且对于卵巢肿瘤良恶性的诊断效能较高,可为疾病治疗提供参考依据。

Objective The application value of rapid frozen section examination in the differentiation of benign and malignant ovarian tumors was explored.Methods With collection of the clinical data of 280 patients with ovarian tumors who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2016 to May 2022 for retrospective analysis,all patients underwent rapid frozen section examination,with paraffin section pathology as the"gold standard".The examination time of two examination methods was compared,and the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of rapid frozen section examination in diagnosing benign and malignant ovarian tumors were analyzed.In addition,the consistency between rapid frozen section examination for the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and paraffin section pathological examination was analyzed.Results Compared with the pathological examination of paraffin sections,the rapid frozen section examination time was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);With paraffin section pathology as the"gold standard",the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of rapid frozen section examination for the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors were 100.00%,96.45%,97.86%,94.87%,and 100.00%,respectively.The Kappa value of the consistency between rapid frozen section examination for the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and paraffin section pathological examination was 0.956,indicating good consistency.Conclusion Rapid frozen section examination has a short time and high diagnostic efficiency for benign and malignant ovarian tumors,which can provide a reference basis for disease treatment.
