An Active Exploration on the Aesthetic Living Protection of Urban Hydraulic Heritage:An Aesthetic Protection Framework based on Space,Function and Emotion

水工遗产是水利建筑工程遗产和水工业遗产的统称,在城市发展中扮演着重要角色。水工遗产美学除了包含有形的静态美学景观,还包含了附带的具有一定历史、科技、社会或艺术审美价值的非物质文化动态美学内容,对其进行保护与复兴的核心问题是如何保护其非物质美学价值。以“活态保护”为基础,对水工遗产美学活态保护再生实践构建了“空间—功能—情感”的三维保护策略与框架体系,不仅停留在静态美学景观的保留与再利用的层面上,还要整合遗产空间资源、延续和发展原有功能、关注公众情感,实现对遗产美学自身价值丰富性、整体性的认知和保护,将为城市水工遗产美学的保护与复兴提供启示,同时,为今后城市水工设施朝美学方向的设计和建设提供思路,充分利用这一特殊的城市语言,推动水工设施与城市在文化、经济、社会等多层面的积极共生。

Hydraulic heritage is the general name of hydraulic construction engineering heritage and aquatic industry heritage,which plays an important role in urban development.The aesthetics of hydraulic heritage includes not only tangible static aesthetic landscape,but also the dynamic aesthetic content of intangible culture with certain historical,scientific,social or artistic aesthetic value.The core problem of its protection and revival is how to protect its intangible aesthetic value.Based on"active protection",a three-dimensional protection strategy and framework system of"space-function-emotion"is constructed for the practice of active protection and regeneration of hydraulic heritage aesthetics,which is not limited to the preservation and reuse of static aesthetic landscape,but also to integrate heritage space resources,continue and develop original functions,pay attention to public feelings,and realize the cognition and protection of heritage aesthetics'own value richness and integrity.It will provide inspiration for the protection and revival of urban hydraulic heritage aesthetics,and at the same time,provide ideas for the design and construction of urban hydraulic facilities in the aesthetic direction in the future,make full use of this special urban language,and promote the positive symbiosis between hydraulic facilities and cities in culture,economy and society.
