基于空间句法的历史文化街区街巷空间更新策略探析——以济南市芙蓉街—百花洲为例

Spatial Renewal Strategies of Streets and Lanes in Historical and Cultural Blocks based on Space Syntax:A Case Study of Furong Street and Baihua Zhou in Jinan City

历史文化街区是当前城市发展由增量建设转为存量提质的重点依托对象,也是体现社会关怀和文化复兴的关键所在。选取济南市芙蓉街—百花洲历史文化街区街巷空间为研究对象,运用空间句法理论,对街区街巷空间进行整合度、选择度、可理解度、视线整合度的定量分析,并揭示了街巷肌理残缺、空间失活、感知性差、视线内抑等典型问题,进而提出强化街巷轴线作用、发挥街巷复合特性、营造街巷空间序列、构建街巷视觉廊道4项优化策略,以期对历史文化街区街巷空间的设计与改造提供创新思路及科学依据。

The historical and cultural block is the key object of the current urban development from incremental construction to stock and quality improvement,which is also the key to reflect social care and cultural revival.This paper selects the street space of Furong Street and Baihua Zhou historical and cultural block in Jinan City as the research object,uses space syntactic theory to conduct quantitative analysis on the integration degree,selection degree,comprehensibility degree and line of sight integration degree of street space,and reveals the typical problems of street texture insufficiency,space inactivation,poor perception and line of sight inhibition.In order to provide innovative ideas and scientific basis for the design and transformation of street space in historical and cultural blocks,four optimization strategies were proposed,namely,strengthening the role of street axis,giving full play to the composite characteristics of streets,creating street space sequence and constructing street visual corridor.
