摘要
文中研究了一种灌注保温芯材的城市污泥烧结复合保温砌块。混合料的塑性指数和热值是制备烧结保温砌块两个重要技术指标,按照城市污泥︰页岩︰煤矸石为10︰70︰20的比例制得的混合料塑性指数为12.1,干燥敏感性系数为0.6,烧制的保温砌块表面平整,无过烧、欠火等质量问题。掺入适量的速凝剂(SQ)或SAC可制备出稳定不塌模的保温芯材,其干密度为197kg/m^(3)、抗压强度为0.35MPa、导热系数为0.0703W/(m·K)。经孔型孔结构设计,综合利用孔洞内空气与保温芯材对热流的阻隔作用,提高复合保温砌块的保温性能。制备的城市污泥烧结复合保温砌块的干密度为1089kg/m^(3)、抗压强度为5.9MPa、传热系数K值为1.27W/(m^(2)·K),可应用于建筑外墙自保温围护结构体系。
This article studies a type of urban sludge sintered composite insulation block filled with insulation core materials.The plasticity index and calorific value of the mixture are two important technical indicators for preparing sintered insulation blocks.The plasticity index of the mixture prepared in the ratio of(urban sludge:shale:coal gangue)(10:70:20)is 12.1,and the drying sensitivity coefficient is O.6.The surface of the fired insulation blocks is flat,without quality issues such as over burning or under fire.A stable and non collapsing insulation core material can be prepared by adding an appropriate amount of accelerator(SQ)or SAC,with a dry density of 197kg/m,compressive strength of 0.35MPa,and thermal conductivity of 0.0703W/(m K).Through the design of hole structure,the insulation performance of composite insulation blocks is improved by comprehensively utilizing the blocking effect of air in the hole and insulation core material on heat flow.The prepared urban sludge sintered composite thermal insulation block has a dry density of 1089kg/m^(3),a compressive strength of 5.9MPa,and a Heat transfer coeficient K value of 1.27W/(m^(2)·K),which can be applied to the building exterior wall self insulation enclosure structure system.
