烧结清水砖生产工艺研究

Research on the Production Process of Sintered Clear Water Bricks

烧结页岩清水砖以其良好特性被应用于现代建筑、古建筑以及室内外装饰等领域。文中以铁尾矿为主要原料制备建筑烧结清水砖,对烧结清水砖生产技术工艺条件进行研究,确定其可行性技术工艺可达到GB 5101—2003《烧结普通砖》MU20的要求。基于铁尾矿烧结清水砖的色泽调控技术研究可得,向配合料中添加不同量的MnO2、TiO2、Fe2O3,可以制备出几种不同装饰效果的烧结清水砖,色彩丰富,铺装效果良好,满足清水砖MU20相关国家标准要求。

Sintered shale plain bricks are widely used in modern architecture,ancient architecture,and indoor and outdoor decoration due to their excellent properties.The article uses iron tailings as the main raw material to prepare sintered plain bricks for construction.The production technology conditions of sintered plain bricks are studied,and the feasibility of the technology process is determined to meet the requirements of GB 5101-2003《Sintered Ordinary Bricks》MU20.Based on the research on the color control technology of iron tailings sintered plain bricks,it can be concluded that adding different amounts of MnO_(2),TiO_(2),and Fe_(2)O_(3) to the mix can prepare several different decorative effects of sintered plain bricks.The colors are rich,the paving effect is good,and it meets the requirements of MU20 related national standards for plain bricks.
