骨料粒径与粉煤灰掺量对混凝土性能影响的探究

摘要 文中开展了混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度随骨料粒径和粉煤灰掺量变化规律的研究。研究结果表明,短期养护龄期下,掺入粉煤灰后混凝土的力学性能与粉煤灰掺量表现为负相关,长期养护龄期下,掺入粉煤灰后混凝土的力学性能与粉煤灰掺量表现为先呈正相关后负相关;掺入粉煤灰后,混凝土抗拉强度和抗压强度在养护初期与骨料粒径呈正相关;当养护龄期为28d时,骨料粒径太大对混凝土的力学性能提升效果不明显;混凝土龄期影响因子与粉煤灰掺量呈正相关,与骨料粒径呈负相关。 In this paper,the variation law of compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete with aggregate particle size and fly ash content was studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with fly ash are negatively correlated with fly ash content under short-term curing,while the mechanical properties of concrete mixed with fly ash are first positively correlated with fly ash content and then negatively correlated with fly ash content under long-term curing.After adding fly ash,the tensile strength and compressive strength of concrete are positively correlated with aggregate particle size at the initial curing stage.When the curing age is 28 days,the improvement effect of the mechanical properties of concrete is not obvious when the aggregate size is too large.The influence factor of concrete age is positively correlated with fly ash content and negatively correlated with aggregate particle size.
