橡塑复合ESMA沥青混合料在道路工程中的应用研究

摘要 为分析橡塑复合ESMA沥青混合料的强度特性及其在道路工程中的应用效果,文中以某公路工程为研究对象,分析掺入不同细集料沥青混合料的级配特征、性能差异及动态剪切模量,得出以下结论,SMA-13、ESMA-13混合料的级配良好,纤维、矿粉、胶浆等细集料可填补粗集料间的空隙,减小沥青混合料的孔隙率,从而增大沥青混合料的强度。同一类型沥青,单一细集料的稳定度均小于组合细集料的稳定度,组合细集料的掺入对动稳定度的提升效果尤为明显,提升率均大于80%。掺入橡塑复合改性剂R&P对沥青混合料的强度改善效果最为显著,相较于普通沥青混合料,其动态剪切模量提高了57.8 kPa。掺入橡塑复合改性剂R&P对沥青混合料的稳定度提升效果显著,ESMA(SBS+R&P)混合料的稳定度最大。 In order to analyze the strength characteristics of rubber-plastic composite ESMA asphalt mixture and its application effect in road engineering,this paper takes a highway project as the research object,by analyzing the gradation characteristics,performance differences and dynamic shear modulus of asphalt mixture with different fine aggregates,the following conclusions are drawn:the gradation of Sma-13 and Esma-13 is good,fiber,mineral powder,mortar and other fine aggregate can fill the gap between coarse aggregate,can reduce the porosity of asphalt mixture,thus increasing the strength of asphalt mixture.Under the same asphalt type,the stability of single fine aggregate is less than that of composite fine aggregate,and the dynamic stability of composite fine aggregate is enhanced by more than 80%.The rubber-plastic composite modifier R&P has the best effect on improving the strength of asphalt mixture,and its dynamic shear modulus is increased by 57.8 kPa compared with the common asphalt mixture.Adding rubber-plastic composite modifier R&P can improve the stability of asphalt mixture significantly,and the stability of ESMA(SBS+R&P)mixture is the largest.
