摘要
超声波无损检测技术在钢结构桥梁焊缝检测中发挥着重要作用,能有效判断焊缝施工质量,分析存在的缺陷问题。文中以实际工程为例,阐述了钢结构桥梁焊缝超声波探伤检测要素,分析了超声波无损检测的相关要点及质量控制,为后续施工提供参考。
Ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology plays an important role in the inspection of steel structure bridge welds,effectively judging the construction quality of welds and analyzing existing defects.Taking practical engineering as an example,the article elaborates on the elements of ultrasonic testing for steel structure bridge welds,analyzes the relevant key points and quality control of ultrasonic non-destructive testing,and provides a reference basis for subsequent construction.
