摘要
针对重载铁路桥梁有限元模型在计算过程中存在高误差问题,文中以某斜拉桥为研究对象,构建包含动态权重系数的目标函数和响应面模型,对铁路桥梁有限元模型进行修正,并结合实际监测数据对修正模型的有效性进行验证。经研究发现,针对不同荷载和工况作用下的铁路桥产生的竖向位移,修正后的有限元模型均能准确反映竖向位移的变化特征。修正后的有限元模型对比修正前的模型,与实测值的相对误差减小了29%,在实际的重型铁路桥损伤检测及安全评估中,具备更好的适用性。
Aiming at the high error problem in the calculation process of the finite element model of heavy-haul railway bridge,taking a cable-stayed bridge as the research object,the objective function and response surface model including dynamic weight coefficient were constructed to correct the finite element model of the railway bridge,and the effectiveness of the modified model was verified by combining the actual monitoring data.Compared with the modified model,the relative error between the finite element model and the measured value is reduced by 29%,which has better applicability in the actual damage detection and safety assessment of heavy railway bridges.
