摘要
在深厚软弱土层地区进行钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,缩孔、塌孔等工程灾害时有发生。文中结合现场具体情况分析了桩基施工过程中泥浆护壁对灌注桩孔壁稳定性的影响,开展了泥浆护壁的作用及成孔方法的研究,在此基础上,提出几点优化泥浆护壁的策略。研究表明,泥浆护壁能够起到保护灌注桩孔壁的作用,是提升孔壁稳定性的重要措施。在桩孔施工中,泥浆冲可以起到清洗孔底、平衡压力、防护护壁的作用,合理的泥浆配置能够大幅提升灌注桩孔的稳定性。
During the construction of bored piles in deep and weak soil layers,engineering disasters such as shrinkage and collapse often occur.This article analyzes the impact of mud protection wall on the stability of the bored pile hole wall during pile foundation construction based on the specific situation on site,and conducts research on the role of mud protection wall and drilling methods.Based on this,several strategies for optimizing mud protection wall are proposed.Research has shown that mud wall protection can play a role in protecting the borehole wall of cast-in-place piles and is an important measure to improve the stability of the borehole wall;In pile hole construction,mud flushing can play a role in cleaning the bottom of the hole,balancing pressure,and protecting the wall.Reasonable mud configuration can greatly improve the stability of the cast-in-place pile hole.
