在建高层建筑混凝土剪力墙置换加固设计与施工分析

摘要 为解决剪力墙结构强度较低的质量问题,文中以在建高层住宅施工项目为研究重点,阐述了置换加固设计方法与施工路径,通过计算剪力墙内力、单片剪力墙拆除对混凝土结构的影响,进行加固卸载装置设计,保证置换加固作业高效实施,解决结构损伤问题。 In order to solve the quality problem of low structural strength of shear wall,this paper will take the construction project of highrise residential construction as the research focus,explain the design method and construction path of displacement reinforcement,and design the reinforcement and unloading device by calculating the internal force of the shear wall and the influence of the demolition of the monolithic shear wall on the concrete structure,so as to ensure the efficient implementation of the replacement reinforcement operation and solve the problem of structural damage.
