高压旋喷后注浆技术提高单桩承载力应用研究

摘要 文中结合项目实例,阐述了高压旋喷后注浆技术提升桩体承载力的机理,分析了高压旋喷后注浆的方式,探究了注浆量、注浆压力、注浆管安装、开塞等施工中的技术要点,挑选三根试验桩,运用自平衡静载试验法对试验桩进行了单桩竖向承载力试验。结果表明,三根桩的单桩竖向抗压极限承载力均高于设计要求,高压旋喷后注浆技术对桩体承载力的提升有显著作用。 Based on project examples,this article elaborates on the mechanism of high-pressure rotary jet grouting technology to improve the bearing capacity of piles,analyzes and compares the methods of high-pressure rotary jet grouting,and explores technical key points in construction such as grouting amount,grouting pressure,grouting pipe installation,and plug opening.After completing the pile body,three test piles were selected and a single pile vertical bearing capacity test was conducted using the self balancing static load test method.The results show that the vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity of the three piles is higher than the design requirements,and the high-pressure rotary jet grouting technology has a significant improvement effect on the bearing capacity of the pile body.
