BOT模式下装配式建筑工程质量管理研究

Research on Quality Management of Prefabricated Construction Project under BOT Mode

文中以BOT模式下装配式建筑工程质量管理为研究对象,探究了BOT模式下装配式建筑工程质量管理的现状、存在的问题及优化策略,提出了完善质量管理制度与标准、强化供应链管理与协同合作、加强装配式建筑工程质量监管力度、推广应用先进技术手段等优化策略,以期提出一些可行的解决方案,为推动BOT模式在装配式建筑领域的应用提供借鉴和参考。

This paper takes prefabricated construction project quality management under BOT mode as the research object,explores the status quo,existing problems and optimization strategies of prefabricated construction project quality management under BOT mode.The paper puts forward some optimization strategies,such as establishing perfect quality management system and standard,strengthening supply chain management and cooperation,strengthening quality supervision of prefabricated construction projects,popularizing and applying advanced technology.In order to put forward some feasible solutions,it can provide reference for promoting application of BOT mode in assembly building field in our country.
