装配式建筑设计实施策略探讨——以安徽省合肥市为例

Discussion on Implementation Strategy of Prefabricated Building Design——A Case Study of Hefei,Anhui Province

合肥市作为国家首批装配式试点城市,装配式建筑得到了大力发展。开发商项目装配率从最初的30%发展到50%,然后在2022年装配率提升到65%。装配率的提升代表建造成本增加,从预制水平构件到竖向构件,装配式建筑施工难度加大。文中结合合肥市主流装配式建筑方案,探讨了实施装配式建筑的途径以及完善优化装配式建筑精准落地的方法。

As one of the first batch of national prefabricated pilot cities,Hefei has made great efforts to develop Prefabricated building.The assembly rate of developers'projects has increased from an initial 30%to 50%,and then increased to 65%in 2022.The increase of assembly rate represents the increase of construction cost.From prefabricated horizontal components to vertical components,the construction of Prefabricated building becomes more difficult.Combining the mainstream Prefabricated building scheme in Hefei,this paper discusses the way to implement Prefabricated building and the method to improve and optimize the precise landing of Prefabricated building.
