摘要
文章旨在探索“信息资源管理”学科认同的主体、表现及影响因素,构建学科认同模式与强化策略,助力中国特色自主的“信息资源管理”学科认同体系建设。通过扎根理论研究方法深度访谈“信息资源管理”一级学科下属专业师生,根据获得的学科认同语料编码提取了学科认同主体、维度及影响因素,构建学科认同模式。学科更名背景下,“信息资源管理”学科认同受到个人、职业、认同本质、实践、战略管理5类因素的影响,其模式分为学科建设、学科教育、学生就业、学科应用,4个层次之间存在较强联系。提出强化学科认同的方略:立足元问题做好学科建设认同,以教学改革提高学科教育认同,以职业认知增强学生就业认同,以价值创新促进学科应用认同。
This paper aims to explore the subject,performance and influencing factors of the subject identity of“information resource management”,construct the subject identity model and strengthening strategy,and help the construction of the subject identity system of“information resource management”with Chinese characteristics.Through in-depth interviews with teachers and students of the first-level discipline of“information resource management”through grounded theory research methods,the subject,dimension and influencing factors of subject identity are extracted according to the obtained subject identity corpus coding,and the subject identity model is constructed.Under the background of discipline renaming,the discipline identity of“information resource management”is influenced by five factors:individual,occupation,identity essence,practice and strategic management.Its mode is divided into discipline construction,discipline education,student employment and discipline application.There is a strong connection between the four levels.It puts forward the strategy of strengthening discipline identity:doing a good job in discipline construction identity based on meta-problems,improving discipline education identity with teaching reform,enhancing students'employment identity with professional cognition,and promoting discipline application identity with value innovation.
