旧建筑中的新图书馆--图书馆空间再造实践的调查研究

New Libraries in Old Buildings:Investigation and Research on the Practice of Library Space Reconstruction

旧建筑改造成新图书馆的过程是图书馆空间再造的创新实践,对图书馆新馆建设具有重要启示。通过网络调研的方式,以山东烟台所城里社区图书馆、广州越秀区少年儿童图书馆、南京市鼓楼区图书馆、三门县有为图书馆、厦门市图书馆新馆5所国内具有代表性的图书馆改造案例为研究对象,从旧建筑基本情况、功能变换情况、布局变化及设计特点、建设运营情况、改建方式及改建周期等方面,对目前国内旧建筑改造成新图书馆的现状进行调查分析。最终,从案例研究中得到一些启示,提出旧建筑改造成新图书馆的一些建议:科学合理规划设计,形成最优改造方案;遵循“新旧共生”原则,实现文化传承发展;结合地域文化特征,形成图书馆品牌特色;重视读者多元需求,明确新图书馆功能定位。

The process of transforming old buildings into new libraries is an innovative practice of library space reconstruction and has important enlightenment for the construction of new libraries.By means of network research,this paper takes five representative library renovation cases in China,namely Suochengli Community Library in Yantai,Shandong Province,Yuexiu District Children's Library in Guangzhou,Gulou District Library in Nanjing,Sanmen Youwei Library and Xiamen City Library as the research object.From the basic situation of old buildings,function transformation,layout change and design characteristics,construction and operation,reconstruction methods and reconstruction cycle,the current situation of old buildings transformed into new libraries in China is investigated and analyzed.Finally,some enlightenment is obtained from the case study,and some suggestions are put forward to transform the old building into the new library:scientific and reasonable planning and design,forming the optimal transformation scheme;following the principle of“old and new symbiosis”to realize cultural inheritance and development;Combining regional cultural characteristics to form library brand characteristics;attaching importance to the diverse needs of readers and defining the functional orientation of the new library.
