摘要
首先介绍了高大跨度飞机装配厂房的特点与难点,再以西安某超高大跨度飞机装配厂房为研究对象,提出了以射流机组侧送风、侧下回风+全空气空调系统顶送风、侧下回风的复合式空调系统送风方式。通过对该复合式空调系统进行设计分析介绍,并利用CFD模拟对其室内温度场进行模拟分析。最终,对其实际运行效果进行了现场测试,结果表明,采用该复合式空调系统可满足该超高大跨度空间的工艺使用环境要求。
This paper first introduces the characteristics and difficulties of an ultra-high and long-span aircraft assembly plant,and then takes an ultra-high and long-span aircraft assembly plant in Xi'an as the research object,a composite air conditioning system with jet unit side air supply,side lower return air+full air conditioning system top air supply,side lower return air.This paper introduces the design and analysis of the compound air conditioning system,and uses CFD simulation to simulate and analyze the indoor temperature field.Finally,the actual operation effect is tested in the field,and the results show that the compound air conditioning system can meet the requirements of the process environment of the ultra-high and large span space.
