山海棠合剂治疗血热型寻常型银屑病疗效及对尿酸和血脂的影响

Effect of Shanhaitang Mixture on Psoriasis Vulgaris Patients with Blood Fever Type and its Influence on Uric Acid and Blood Lipid

目的 观察山海棠合剂治疗血热型寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性,通过检测治疗前后患者尿酸和血脂水平,探讨药物作用机理,为山海棠合剂治疗银屑病的临床运用提供理论依据。方法 选取符合血热型寻常型银屑病的患者45例作为治疗组,同时选择健康志愿者30例作为对照组,治疗组口服山海棠合剂,每周复诊1次,连续用药8周后进行疗效判定。检测患者治疗前后尿酸和血脂,并与健康志愿者检测结果进行比较,进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组治疗前CHOL、Tg, LDL-C、ApoB、UA水平均显著高于健康志愿者(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著低于健康志愿者(P<0.05);疗程结束,治疗组CHOL、Tg, LDL-C、UA水平较前显著下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较前显著升高(P<0.05),其中CHOL、LDL-C水平与健康志愿者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Tg, HDL-C、UA水平与健康志愿者比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束,治疗组PASI评分较前显著降低(P<0.05),总有效率84.44%,愈显率60%。结论 山海棠合剂治疗血热型寻常型银屑病疗效确切,具有起效较快、疗效稳定、不良反应较轻等优势。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Shanhaitang Mixture in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood fever and to explore the mechanism of medicine action by detecting the levels of uric acid and blood lipids before and after treatment so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Shanhaitang Mixture in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:45 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected as the treatment group,and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The treatment group was treated by oral Sanhaitang Mixture once a week,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after continuous medication for 8 weeks.The uric acid and blood lipid of the patients were detected before and after treatment,and the results were compared with those of the healthy volunteers for statistical analysis.Results:Before treatment,the levels of CHOL,Tg,LDL-C,ApoB and UA in treatment group were significantly higher than those in healthy volunteers(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL-C were significantly lower than those in healthy volunteers(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the levels of CHOL,Tg,LDL-C and UA in the treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the levels of HDL-C were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the levels of CHOL and LDL-C and those of healthy volunteers(P>0.05).The levels of HDL-C and UA were significantly different from those of healthy volunteers(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 84.44%,and the recovery rate was 60%.Conclusion:Shanhaitang Mixture is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with rapid onset,stable curative effect and mild side effects.
