延长连铸中间包使用寿命,对降低连铸耐火材料消耗、减少中间包浇余、改善钢水品质等具有重要意义。为了提高中间包使用寿命,保证生产稳定性,通过提高钢水质量和改进塞棒、稳流器、中间包工作层、浸入式水口、上水口以及座砖等方式,将中间包寿命提高到131 h,为实现高效连铸创造了条件。

Increasing the lifetime of tundish is of great significance to reduce the consumption of refractory materials and the heel of tundish and improve the quality of molten steel.In order to increase the lifetime of tundish and ensure the stability of production,the lifetime of tundish is increased to 131 h by improving the quality of molten steel and revamp the stopper rod,flow stabilizer,working layer of tundish,submerged nozzle,upper nozzle and seat brick,which creates the conditions for efficient continuous casting.
