A Review on the Physiological Mechanism of Resveratrol and its Research Progress

摘要 近年来,关于白藜芦醇体外及动物模型的研究结果证实了对多种疾病的治疗及预防作用,尤其是白藜芦醇的生理活性引起了许多学者及消费者的兴趣和关注。对白藜芦醇作为抗氧化剂的食品来源、生物利用度及生理活性及其作用机制的最新进展进行综述,为今后白藜芦醇在食品和医药等领域进一步研究与开发提供了有价值的参考依据。白藜芦醇被大量研究证实对人体健康有益,不过需要若干学者进行大量的研究并开发其纳米制剂及衍生物等产品来解决其生物利用度低等问题。总之,大量研究证实了白藜芦醇在食品及医药领域受到了广泛关注并具有其研究应用价值。 In recent years,resveratrol has been shown to have therapeutic and preventive effects on a variety of diseases in vitro and animal models,and its physiological activity has attracted the interest and attention of many researchers and the market.In this study,the research results on food source,bioavailability and physiological activity and mechanism of action of resveratrol as an antioxidant were reviewed,which could provide valuable reference for further research and development of resveratrol in food and medicine industry in the future.According to a large number of current research results,it was clear that resveratrol had beneficial physiological mechanism of the mechanism of action.Resveratrol had been proved to be beneficial to human health by a large number of studies,but in the future,it was necessary for a number of scholars to conduct large-scale research and develop nano preparations and derivatives to solve the problem of low bioavailability.In conclusion,a large number of studies had confirmed that resveratrol had been widely concerned in the field of food and medicine and had its research and application value.
