摘要 采用三步水热法成功制备了以泡沫镍为基底的NiMoS_(4)@MoS_(3)复合电极材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究电极材料的物相结构和微观形貌,通过循环伏安法(CV)、恒电流充放电(GCD)和电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)对电极材料的电化学性能进行测试。研究结果显示,NiMoS_(4)@MoS_(3)复合电极的充放电持续时间可以达到5 600 s,复合电极的比电容在1 mA/cm^(2)下达到4 744 mF/cm^(2)。另外,复合电极的循环伏安曲线拥有较为对称的氧化还原峰,充放电曲线表现出较为对称的充电/放电平台,表明其拥有出色的充放电效率和稳定性。此研究为设计和制备高性能的电化学储能材料提供了新的思路。 The NiMoS_(4)@MoS_(3) composite electrode material based on nickel foam was successfully prepared using the three-step hydrothermal method.The phase structure and micromorphology of the electrode material were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) and its electrochemical performance was tested by cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge and discharge(GCD),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results show that charge and discharge duration of the NiMoS_(4)@MoS_(3) electrode reaches 5 600 s with specific capacitance of 4 744 mF/cm^(2) at 1 mA/cm^(2).In addition,the composite electrode shows relatively symmetrical redox peaks in the CV curve and symmetrical charge and discharge platform in the GCD curve,indicating its excellent charge and discharge efficiency and stability.The research provides a new insight for the design and preparation of high-performance electrochemical energy storage materials.
