摘要
基于儿童LED发光鞋产品发生自燃的风险线索,通过《儿童鞋安全技术规范》(GB 30585-2014)等相关标准研究,本文对21款儿童LED发光鞋进行测试和分析,发现部分电池表面存在过热现象,构建伤害场景并进行了热量传导模拟试验,对电池风险源开展评估。根据风险评价结果,本文对GB30585-2014提出了关于增加电池安全性能、结构和标识的修订建议,希望能为发光鞋质量安全水平和标准水平的提升提供参考。
Based on the clues of the risk of spontaneous combustion in children's LED lightemitting shoe products,through the study of“Safety technical specifications for children's footwear”(GB 30585-2014)and other related standards,this paper tests and analyzes 21 models of children's LED light-emitting shoes,finds that overheating exists on the surface of some batteries.The paper constructs injury scenarios,conducts heat conduction simulation tests,and evaluates the battery risk sources.According to the results of the risk evaluation,this paper proposes a revision of GB 30585-2014 to improve the safety performance,structure and labeling of the battery,hopes to provide a reference for improving the quality and safety level of light-emitting shoes and the level of standards.
