知信行健康教育对自体动静脉内瘘患者心理状态改善效果研究

Effect of health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice on improving the mental state of patients with autologous arteriovenous fistulas

目的分析基于知信行健康教育对自体动静脉内瘘患者心理状态的改善效果。方法收集2020年1月至2021年7月血液透析室收治的自体动静脉内瘘患者64例,根据电脑数字表法进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于知信行健康教育的干预措施,比较2组患者的知信行水平、心理状态、内瘘功能及安全性。结果观察组患者的知信行评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)中各个分表的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的内瘘功能优良率为84.38%高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);观察组中并发症的发生率为15.63%低于对照组的37.50%(P<0.05)。结论基于知信行健康教育的干预措施在自体动静脉内瘘患者中的应用价值显著,不仅能改善知信行水平与心理状态,而且还可提升内瘘功能与安全性。

Objective To analyze the effect of health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice on improving the mental state of patients with autologous arteriovenous fistulas.Methods Sixty-fourth cases of patients with autologous arteriovenous fistulas admitted to the hemodialysis room of our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were collected.They were divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32)by computer random number table.Conventional nursing and health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice were performed in the control group and observation group,respectively.The knowledge-attitude-belief-practice level,mental state,internal fistula function and safety were compared between groups.Results The knowledge-attitude-belief-practice score was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of each dimension of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)was significantly lower(P<0.05).The excellent rate of internal fistula function was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(84.38%vs 62.50%,P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower(15.63%vs 37.50%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice is high in patients with autologous arteriovenous fistulas,which improves the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice level,mental state,internal fistula function and safety.
