摘要
桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心系疾病疗效确切,现查阅近20年来有关桂甘龙牡汤治疗心系疾病的文献,从方义、药理研究、实验研究、临床应用四个方面对桂甘龙牡汤治疗心系疾病的研究进展进行综述,以探知桂甘龙牡汤在治疗心系疾病中更广泛的应用,总结优势与不足,从而为中医药治疗心系疾病的临床工作提供治疗依据,以期为科研及临床有所帮助。
Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on heart diseases.Through reviewing the literature on the treatment of heart diseases by Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the past 20 years,we now review the research progress of the treatment of heart diseases by Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction from four aspects:prescription,pharmacological research,experimental research and clinical application,so as to explore the wider application of this decoction in the treatment of heart diseases.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide the treatment basis for the clinical work list of TCM treatment of heart diseases,in order to be helpful for scientific research and clinical.
