摘要
神经根型颈椎病好发于40岁以上的中老年群体,起病缓慢,近年来,神经根型颈椎病的发病年龄有年轻化趋势。颈部结构复杂,CT、MRI、X线平片等影像学方法是神经根型颈椎病的主要临床检查方式。伴随影像学技术的发展,多层螺旋CT扫描以其高空间分辨率、三维重建以及较低廉的价格等诸多优势逐渐成为神经根型颈椎病的重要检查方式。然而其带来的X射线辐射也随之增加。如何降低多层螺旋CT的X射线辐射剂量而不影响临床诊断越来越受到公众的关注。低剂量CT广泛应用于胸部病变、腹部病变、颅脑病变等多个领域。基于此,本文对低剂量CT在神经根型颈椎病中的诊断效能及优势进行综述。
Cervical radiculopathy tends to occur in middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years old,and the onset is slow.In recent years,the onset age of cervical radiculopathy has a younger trend.The structure of the neck is complex,CT,MRI,X-ray and other imaging methods are the main clinical examination methods of cervical radiculopathy.With the development of imaging technology,multi-slice spiral CT has gradually become an important examination method for cervical radiculopathy due to its advantages of high spatial resolution,three-dimensional reconstruction and low price.However,the resulting X-ray radiation also increased.How to reduce the X-ray radiation dose of multi-slice spiral CT without affecting clinical diagnosis has received more and more attention from the public.Low-dose CT has been widely used in thoracic,abdominal and craniocerebral diseases.Based on this,this article reviews the diagnostic efficacy and advantages of low-dose CT in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
