温拌沥青混合料压实特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 文中采用轮碾法试验及Multicool软件对添加Aspha-min、Sasobit和DAT温拌剂的三种温拌沥青混合料的压实性能进行分析研究.结果表明:温拌剂的添加可以有效改善沥青混合料的压实性能,使得沥青混合料在较小的压实功或较低的压实温度下即可获得与热拌沥青混合料相同的压实度.沥青混合料温度越低,其降温速率越小,冷却越慢,有效压实时间就越长.在不同季节、不同工艺下温拌沥青混合料的有效压实时间都大于同条件的热拌沥青混合料. The compaction performance of three kinds of warm-mixed asphalt mixtures with Aspha-min,Sasobit and DAT was analyzed by wheel rolling test and Multicool software.The results showed that the addition of warm-mixed agents could effectively improve the compaction performance of asphalt mixture,so that the asphalt mixture could obtain the same degree of compaction as the hot-mixed asphalt mixture at a lower compaction work or temperature.The lower the temperature of asphalt mixture,the smaller the cooling rate,the slower the cooling and the longer the effective compaction time.The effective compaction time of warm mix asphalt mixture is longer than that of hot mix asphalt mixture under the same conditions in different seasons and different technologies.
