摘要
通过对氯碱生产中氯化氢转化工序运行不稳定的主要因素进行分析,从改进测量方式、增加冗余配置、改变联锁逻辑等多方面提出了改进方案,提高了氯乙烯转化工序运行的稳定性,为系统的稳定运行提供有力依据。
This article analyzes the main factors causing unstable operation of the hydrogen chloride conversion process in chlor alkali production,and proposes improvement plans from various aspects such as improving measurement methods,increasing redundant configurations,and changing interlocking logic to improve the stability of the operation of the chloroethylene conversion process,providing a strong basis for the stable operation of the system.
