摘要
对离子色谱的工作原理进行了介绍,并通过实验对离子色谱法测定水中阴离子的分析条件进行了优化,确定了氢氧化钾淋洗液的最佳浓度和流速以及色谱柱的最佳温度,并对样品中F^(-)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、NO_(3)^(-)、PO_(4)^(3-)等5种阴离子进行了重复性分析和加标实验,发现该方法的准确度和精密度良好。
The working principle of ion chromatography was introduced in this article and the analytical conditions were optimized through experiments for the determination of anions in water by ion chromatography.The optimal concentration and flow rate of potassium hydroxide eluent and thetemperrature of the chromatographic column were determined.Repeatability analysis and standard solution experiments were conducted on the five anions F^(-)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、NO_(3)^(-)、PO_(4)^(3-)the accuracy and precision of this method are good.
