预制梁体采用水性脱模剂施工技术

Precast Beam Body Adopts Water-Based Release Agent Construction Technology

水性脱模剂中富含大量的表面活性剂,可以减少模板对气泡的吸附。本文论述在梁体预制施工中,着重从水性脱模剂的筛选、稀释、喷涂,以及模板处理、混凝土浇筑等施工技术进行控制,对预制梁体混凝土表面气泡、色差消除有显著效果。

Water-based release agents contain abundant surfactants,which can reduce the adsorption of bubbles by templates.This paper discusses the controls on the water-based release agent screening,dilution,spraying,formwork treatment,concrete pouring and other construction technologies in the precast construction of beam body,which has a significant effect on the elimination of bubbles and color difference on the surface of precast beam concrete.
