桩基础施工就是为建筑物构建根基,其施工质量,对建筑工程稳固性、安全性、使用寿命等都有一定影响。随着建筑与市政工程施工技术不断优化,桩基施工技术种类也趋向多样化发展,但是相对来说,钻孔灌注桩施工技术在建筑施工中的应用更为广泛。由于受钻孔灌注桩自身工艺特点的影响,混凝土施工质量很难得到有效控制,所以,本文针对钻孔灌注桩技术在建筑及市政工程施工中的应用优势、应用流程及质量控制措施进行综合分析,供相关工程参考。

Pile foundation construction is intended to build the foundation for the building,the construction quality has certain impact on the stability,safety,service life of the construction project.With the continuous optimization of construction and municipal engineering construction technology,pile foundation construction technology also tends to diversify.However,cast-in-place pile construction technology is more widely used in building construction.Due to the influence of the process characteristics of cast-in-place piles,it is difficult to effectively control the quality of concrete construction.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application advantages,application processes and quality control measures of cast-in-place pile technology in construction and municipal engineering construction,for reference of relevant projects.
