摘要
为了提高旧工业建筑改造施工安全水平,解决其存在的遗留环境冗杂、结构不稳定、施工场地复杂等安全问题,引入安全系统韧性管理思想,提出施工安全系统韧性指在事故发展全过程中,由人、物、技、环、管组成的复杂工程系统在面对风险扰动或安全事故时具有的抵抗、应对、恢复及适应能力。从“鲁棒性、冗余性、效率性、适应性”韧性四大特征要素构建施工安全系统韧性指标体系,建立基于熵权法-可拓云的评价模型,量化各指标的影响程度并划分等级。通过工程实例分析,得出评价结果与实际情况相符,明确施工安全的薄弱环节并提出合理的韧性提升策略,为此类项目的施工安全优化和管控提供借鉴。
To reduce the safety risk of old industrial building renovation construction,the resilience theory is introduced into the study of old industrial building renovation construction safety,to explore the weak links of construction safety system resilience and provide a reference for construction safety optimization.Firstly,by summarizing the theories related to safety system resilience and combining the safety characteristics of renovation construction,we define the connotation of the resilience of the safety system for the reconstruction of old industrial buildings and analyze the mechanism of resilience.We divide the four characteristic elements of resilience into“robustness,redundancy,efficiency,and adaptability”.Secondly,through the summary of relevant literature,standards,norms,and other information.Besides,according to the field research data and online search of old plant safety accidents,we analyze the main problems of structural safety and construction safety,thus we identify the factors influencing the four characteristic elements.Through a questionnaire survey among experts and analysis and inspection with SPSS software,we finally determine an index system with robustness,efficiency,and adaptability as first-level indicators,including 23 second-level indicators.Thirdly,to improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results,we use the entropy weight method to calculate the index weight.To reduce the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation,we select the extension cloud model for the evaluation based on the characteristics of the resilience evaluation,calculate the affiliation between each index and different resilience grades,and determine the resilience grade according to the principle of maximum affiliation.Finally,we evaluate the resilience of the construction safety system of a textile factory in Xi’an,and the results show that the resilience level is high,and we verify the scientific nature and feasibility of the model according to the analysis of the evaluation results.The innovation of this paper is to introduce the resilience theory into the study of old industrial building renovation construction safety,which provides new ideas for the optimization and control of old industrial building renovation construction safety.
