基于APQP理念的管理模式对消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒效果的影响

Influence of Management Mode Based on APQP Concept on the Effectiveness of Instrument Cleaning and Disinfection in Disinfection Supply Centers

目的探讨基于产品质量先期策划(APQP)理念的管理模式对消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒效果的影响。方法分别于2021年3月至2022年2月(第1年度)、2022年3月至2023年2月(第2年度)对郑州大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心护理人员实施常规护理管理模式、基于APQP理念的管理模式,比较不同管理模式下器械清洗消毒效果、安全性、工作质量及护理人员满意度。结果APQP理念管理模式下器械清洗、包装质量及灭菌质量合格率均高于常规管理模式,护理人员风险防范意识、识别能力与安全管理能力评分均高于常规管理模式,清洗流程、洗涤质量仪器设备运转及无菌物品质量评分均高于常规管理模式,护理人员满意度高于常规管理模式(P<0.05)。结论基于APQP理念的管理模式能提高护理人员工作质量及器械清洗消毒效果,保障消毒供应中心物资安全,提高其他科室护理人员满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of management model based on the concept of advanced product quality planning(APQP)on the effectiveness of instrument cleaning and disinfection in disinfection supply centers.Methods From March 2021 to February 2022(the first year)and from March 2022 to February 2023(the second year),the nursing staff in the Disinfection Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were subjected to routine nursing management mode and APQP based management mode,respectively.The effectiveness,safety,work quality and nursing staff satisfaction were compared in different management modes.Results The qualification rates of instrument cleaning,packaging quality and sterilization quality in the APQP concept management mode were higher than those under the routine management mode,the scores of risk prevention awareness,identification ability and safety management ability of nursing staff were higher than those of routine management mode,the cleaning process,washing quality instrument and equipment operation and sterile item quality scores were higher than those under the routine management mode,the satisfaction of nursing staff was higher than that of routine management mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on APQP concept can improve the quality of nursing staff and the effect of cleaning and disinfection of instruments,ensure the safety of materials in the disinfection supply center,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff in other departments.
