情绪管理配合社交训练对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及述情障碍的影响

Effects of Emotional Management Combined with Social Training on Negative Symptoms and Alexithymia in Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨情绪管理配合社交训练对精神分裂症患者阴性症状及述情障碍的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月河南省荣康医院收治的147例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法设立对照组、A组、B组。对照组接受常规护理,在对照组基础上,A组接受情绪管理,B组接受情绪管理配合社交训练,比较3组临床症状、述情障碍及认知功能、用药依从性及应对方式、社会功能及生活质量、随访结局。结果与对照组比较,A组、B组护理后PANSS评分、多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)评分更低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05),重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评分更高,且B组高于A组(P<0.05);A组、B组整体用药依从性更高(P<0.05);A组、B组面对评分、世界卫生组织简明生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分更高,且B组高于A组(P<0.05),屈服及回避评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分更低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);A组、B组暴力行为发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),但A、B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者应用情绪管理配合社交训练可改善临床症状,减轻述情障碍,强化认知功能,提高用药依从性,应对方式更为积极,有利于提高社会功能及生活质量,并呈现良好随访结局。

Objective To explore the effect of emotional management combined with social training on negative symptoms and alexithymia in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 147 schizophrenic patients admitted to Henan Rong Kang Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and control group,group A and group B were set up according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,on the basis of the control group,group A received emotional management,group B received emotional management combined with social training.Clinical symptoms,alexithymia and cognitive function,medication compliance and coping styles,social function and quality of life,follow-up outcomes were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores and Toronto allegia scale-20 scores after nursing in groups A and B were lower,and the scores of group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05),and the scores of repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)were higher,and the scores of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The overall medication compliance of group A and group B was higher(P<0.05).The face score and World Health Organization quality of life scale-brief form questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)scores in groups A and B were higher,and the scores of group B were higher than those of group A(P<0.05),the yield and avoidance score and social deficit screening scale(SDSS)scores in groups A and B were lower,and the scores of group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The incidence of violent behavior in group A and group B was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significance between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of emotional management combined with social training in patients with schizophrenia can improve clinical symptoms,alleviate alexithymia,strengthen cognitive function,improve medication compliance,and have more active coping styles,which is beneficial for enhancing social function and quality of life,and presenting good follow-up outcomes.
