汉语国际教育视域下地域文化应用研究——以沂蒙地区饮食文化为例

Research on the Application of Regional Culture from the Perspective of Chinese International Education:Taking the Food Culture of Yimeng Region as an Example

地域文化在汉语国际教育文化教学中有非常重要的意义:帮助来华留学生度过“文化休克期”,消除文化隔阂;帮助来华留学生营造目的语文化语境,提高汉语水平;为来华留学生提供文化实体教学资料,节约教学成本;提升地域文化软实力。汉语国际教育中,要注重地域文化深层文化内涵的应用,遵循针对性、实用性、可操作性的应用原则。

Regional culture is very important in the teaching of Chinese international education.It helps international students to go through the"cultural shock"period and eliminate the cultural gap.It helps intermational students to create the cultural context of the target language and improve their Chinese language proficiency.It provides cultural materials for intermational students and saves teaching costs.It also enhances the soft power of regional culture.In Chinese international education,we should focus on the application of deep cultural connotation of regional culture by following the application principles of relevance,practicality and operability.
