城市更新背景下应用型本科高校应用型人才培养体系研究——以辽宁省为例

Research on the Training System of Applied Talents in Application-oriented Universities under the Background of Urban Renewal in Dalian University of Finance and Economics:Take Liaoning Province as an Example

摘要 城市更新不仅对推进城市治理体系和治理能力现代化、改善人民生活品质、促进产业升级转型、提升城市发展活力具有重要作用,还是加快构建城市“双循环”新发展格局的关键。辽宁已经步入城市有机更新的新时期,城市更新成为推动辽宁城市高质量发展的必然要求和强大动力。人才是城市的最大动能,城市竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。因此要想加快辽宁省的整体发展,省内各应用型本科高校应以城市更新为导向建立应用型人才培养体系,培养人才、爱护人才、留住人才,以城聚才、以才兴城,助力辽宁城市高质量发展。 Urban renewal not only plays an important role in promoting the modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity,improving peoples quality of life,promoting industrial upgrading and transformation,and enhancing the vitality of urban development,but also is the key to accelerating the construction of a new urban"double cycle"development pattern.Liaoning has entered a new era of urban organic renewal,and urban renewal has become an inevitable requirement and powerful driving force to promote the high-quality development of Liaoning cities.It is worth noting that talent is the biggest driving force of cities,and urban competition is ultimately talent competition.Therefore,in order to accelerate the overall development of Liaoning Province,we should pay attention to the establishment of application-oriented talent training system in colleges and universities in the province guided by the urban renewal of Liaoning Province and make it effectively implemented through a variety of ways and channels,cultivate talents,care for talents,retain talents,gather talents with cities,revitalize cities with talents,and promote the high-quality development of Liaoning cities.
