不锈钢车体结构强度及振动模态分析研究

Analysis and research on structural strength and vibration modal of stainless steel vehicle body

摘要 不锈钢车体因其耐久度高、易加工等优点被广泛用于轨道交通车辆车体制造,为了保证车体在服役期间的结构安全性,在设计阶段对车体进行强度和动态稳定性分析就显得至关重要.根据EN-12663《铁路车辆车身结构要求》等标准对不锈钢点焊车体进行了强度、刚度和振动模态分析.仿真结果表明该不锈钢车体强度和振动模态指标满足许用要求. Stainless steel vehicle bodies are widely used in the manufacturing of rail transit vehicle bodies due to their high durability and easy machining.In order to ensure the structural safety of the vehicle body during service,it is crucial to conduct strength and dynamic stability analysis of the vehicle body during the design phase.According to standards such as EN-12663 Structural Requirements of Railway Vehicle Bodies,the strength,stiffness and vibration modal analysis were conducted on the stainless steel spot-welded vehicle body.The simulation results show that the strength and vibration modal indicators of the stainless steel vehicle body meets the allowable requirements.
