摘要
某型动车组列车重联总线采用WTB,首尾重联网关间的WTB线缆长度约600 m,中间存在多个跨接线缆,受复杂铁路工况影响,列车在运行中经常闪报、误报WTB线缆A或B路故障,通过分析WTB线缆AB路报故障基本原理,优化故障检测机制,解决故障的闪报误报问题,降低了现场维护的难度,节约了人力和时间成本.
The train multiple-unit bus of a certain type of MU uses WTB.The length of the WTB cable between the front and rear multiple-unit gateways is about 600 m,and there are multiple jumper cables in the middle.There often occurs flashes and misreports of the A or B circuit fault in WTB cable during operation under the influence of the complex railway conditions.By analyzing the basic principle of AB circuit fault reports and optimizing the fault detection mechanism,the problems of fault flashes and misreports have been solved,which reduces the difficulty of on-site maintenance and saves labor and time costs.
