电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定铬污染场地地下水中可溶性盐 被引量:1

摘要 实际铬污染场地高Cr浓度、高盐度、成分复杂等特点使地下水中元素的准确测定变得困难,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法具有灵敏度高、可准确快速检测多种元素等优点,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪,以河南省北部铬污染场地为研究对象,探寻适合铬污染场地地下水中可溶性盐钾、钠、钙、镁的测定方法。通过对消解液的种类及加入量进行条件实验,采用标准加入法减少其他元素干扰,结果表明,钾、钠、钙、镁的分析谱线分别为766.491、589.592、393.366、279.553 nm时,四种元素标准曲线的相关系数都大于0.999,检出限分别为0.043、0.018、0.071、0.003 mg/L;最佳样品消解方法为硝酸溶样法,消解过程中抗干扰性强,测定结果的准确度和精密度高,相对标准偏差都小于5%(n=7)。方法快速简单、干扰少、检测结果准确度高,完全满足铬污染场地地下水中钾、钠、钙、镁元素的测定要求。 Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES) has the advantages of high sensitivity,accurate and rapid detection of a variety of elements,etc.However the high Cr concentration,high salinity and complex composition of the actual chromium-contaminated site make it difficult to accurately determine the elements in groundwater.In this study,taking the chromium-contaminated site in northern Henan province as the research object,ICP-OES was used to explore a suitable method for the determination of soluble salts K,Na,Ca and Mg in groundwater of chrome-contaminated sites.In the experiment,the type and amount of digestion were conditionally tested,and the standard addition method was used to reduce the interference of other elements.The results showed that when the analytical lines of K,Na,Ca and Mg were 766.491,589.592,393.366 and 279.553 nm,respectively,the correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the four elements were greater than 0.999,and the detection limits were 0.043,0.018,0.071 and 0.003 mg/L,respectively.The best sample digestion method was nitric acid solution method,which had strong anti-interference during digestion,high accuracy and precision of measurement results,and relative standard deviation of less than 5%(n=7).The method is fast and simple,with less interference,and high accuracy of the detection results,which fully meets the requirements of the determination of K,Na,Ca and Mg in groundwater of chromium-contaminated sites.
