饮食干预护理在糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的 分析在糖尿病合并高血压患者中应用饮食干预护理的效果。方法 选取2020年8月—2022年7月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的70例糖尿病合并高血压患者,以护理方案差异为依据将其分为两组,35例实施常规护理病例纳入常规组,35例在常规护理基础上强化饮食干预护理的病例纳入观察组,分析两组护理干预前后血压、血糖水平变化,并对两组护理干预前后生活质量进行评估与对比。结果 干预前组间血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均下降,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前组间血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均下降,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前组间生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量总评分均提高,且观察组比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病合并高血压患者中,饮食干预护理的实施可以辅助改善血压与血糖,还可以提高患者生活质量,临床价值显著。 Objective To analyze the effect of diet intervention nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods From August 2020 to July 2022,70 cases of diabetes complicated with hypertension admitted to the Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected.They were divided into two groups based on the differences in nursing plans,35 cases of routine nursing were included in the routine group,and 35 cases of intensive diet intervention nursing based on routine nursing were included in the observation group.The changes in blood pressure and blood glucose levels before and after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups,and the quality of life before and after the nursing intervention was evaluated and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the total scores of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic patients with hypertension,the implementation of diet intervention nursing can help improve blood pressure and blood glucose,and can also improve the quality of life of patients,with significant clinical value.
