细节化护理在手术室妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Detailed Nursing in Cesarean Section Nursing of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in Operating Room

目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇接受手术室细节化护理的干预效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年9月在石狮市妇幼保健院接受剖宫产手术的妊娠期糖尿病患者62例作为研究对象,以随机数表法作为分组依据,对照组(n=31)行手术室护理,观察组(n=31)实施手术室细节化护理,对比护理效果。结果 护理后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于护理前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后30 min心率、收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后2、24 h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿窒息发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇实施手术室细节化护理更有利于控住血糖水平,保持血流动力学的稳定,同时可减少产后出血量,保障新生儿安全。

Objective To study the intervention effect of detailed nursing care in the operating room for cesarean section women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 62 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in Shishi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table method was used as the basis for grouping.The control group(n=31) received nursing care in the operating room,and the observation group(n=31) received detailed nursing care in the operating room.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those before nursing and in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at 30 min after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group was less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Carrying out detailed nursing care in the operating room for cesarean section women with gestational diabetes mellitus is more conducive to controlling blood glucose levels,maintaining hemodynamic stability,reducing postpartum hemorrhage,and ensuring the safety of newborns.
