早期综合护理干预结合延续护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局影响

Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Combined with Continuing Care on Blood Glucose Control and Pregnancy Outcome in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的 探究在早期综合护理干预基础上,对妊娠期糖尿病患者施以延续护理对其血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2019年1月—2023年1月寿光市人民医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者160例,按盲选抽签法分组,对照组(80例)施以常规护理,研究组(80例)施以早期综合护理结合延续护理,比较两组护理前后血糖水平、自我管理能力评分、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 护理后,研究组血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组各项自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者在早期综合护理干预的同时实施延续护理效果更为确切,对提高患者血糖控制有效性,减少不良妊娠结局发生率均有积极作用,可提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effects of continuing care on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus based on early comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods A total of 160 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to blind selection lottery method.The control group(80 cases)received routine care,and the study group(80 cases) received early comprehensive care combined with extended care.The blood glucose level,self-management ability score and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuing care in conjunction with early comprehensive nursing interventions for gestational diabetes mellitus patients is more effective in improving the effectiveness of glycemic control,reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improving nursing satisfaction.
