髓内钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的效果分析

Effect of Intramedullary Nail and Internal Fixation Technique in the Treatment of Traumatic Fractures of Long Tubular Bones of Extremities

目的 分析研究四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗工作中采取髓内钉内固定技术的应用价值。方法 随机选取2018年12月—2021年12月邵武市立医院100例四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者,利用随机数表法划分为对照组(常规治疗,50例患者)、观察组(髓内钉内固定技术,50例患者),统计分析两组治疗效果、临床指标、并发症发生率、生活质量、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scales,VAS)。结果 观察组治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。观察组临床指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.00%低于对照组16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2、24、72 h VAS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肢体功能和日常生活能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过科学合理实施髓内钉内固定技术后四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者的并发症减少、疼痛感降低、手术情况改善、生活质量升高,很大程度上提高了治疗水平。

Objective To analyze the application value of intramedullary nailing and internal fixation technique in the treatment of long tubular bone trauma fractures of extremities.Methods One hundred patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities of Shaowu Municipal Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were randomly selected for analysis.The patients were divided into control group(conventional treatment,50 patients) and observation group(intramedullary nail fixation technique,50 patients) by random number table method.The treatment effect,clinical indicators,complication rate,quality of life,Visual Analogue Scales(VAS) score between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total treatment effectiveness in the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 82.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).The clinical indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication inthe observation group was 2.00%,lower than 16.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05).The quality of life items in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores at 2 h 24 h,72 h after surgery in the the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The items of limb function and daily living ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After scientific and reasonable implementation of,the complications of patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones in limbs are reduced,pain is reduced,surgical conditions are improved,and quality of life is increased,which greatly improves the treatment level,and has the value of reference and application in clinical practice.
