艾司氯胺酮在腰椎融合术麻醉中的临床应用分析

Clinical Application of Esketamine in Anesthesia for Lumbar Fusion

目的 分析在腰椎融合术中,应用艾司氯胺酮进行麻醉的应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2022年2月福建省三明市第二医院麻醉科收治的150例腰椎融合术患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各75例。前者术中麻醉取常规方式,后者在对照组基础上增加艾司氯胺酮,对麻醉效果展开对比。结果 T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时观察组心率、SBP及DBP优于对照组,二氧化碳总量、pH值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组苏醒时间,拔管及定向力恢复时间为(7.14±1.32)、(14.46±1.64)、(25.97±5.54)min,较观察组的(5.38±1.34)min、(5.15±1.36)min、(21.28±4.65)min长,差异有统计学意义(t=8.103、37.843、5.616,P<0.05)。结论 对于腰椎融合术患者麻醉而言,利用艾司氯胺酮药物,可获取较好的麻醉效果,促进认知功能的恢复,对术后机体恢复有较好的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of esketamine on anesthesia during lumbar fusion.Methods A total of one hundred and fifty patients with lumbar fusion admitted to the Department of Anesthesiology of Sanming Second Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were randomly selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with seventy-five patients in each group.The former was anesthetized in a conventional way,while esketamine was added to the control group in the latter to compare the anesthetic effect.Results At T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),theheart rate,and SBP,DBP in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the total CO_(2) and pH value of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time,extubation and orientation recovery time of control group were (7.14±1.32) min,(14.46±1.64)min and (25.97±5.54) min,longer than (5.38±1.34) min,(5.15±1.36) min,(21.28±4.65) min in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.103,37.843,5.616,P<0.05).Conclusion For the anesthesia of lumbar fusion patients,the use of esketamine can obtain better anesthetic effect,promote the recovery of cognitive function,and promote the recovery of the body after surgery.
