Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy on patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 104 gastric cancer patients admitted to Jilin Province Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups by random number drawing method, with 52 cases in each group. The control group received chemotherapy, and the study group was combined with immunotherapy on the basis of the control group. The detection results of circulating tumor cells, immune function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the detection result of circulating tumor cells in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the immune function indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of the study group was 98.08%,which was higher than 78.85% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.420,P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of gastric cancer patients, can effectively reduce circulating tumor cells, and effectively prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis in patients.
