路径式护理模式对社区获得性肺炎患者预后的改善作用探究

Effect of Path-based Nursing Model on Improving Prognosis of Patients with Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的 探究路径式护理模式对社区获得性肺炎患者预后的改善作用。方法 方便选取2021年5月—2022年4月期间73集团军医院收治的116例社区获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象,将2021年5—10月期间收治的58例患者纳入对照组,采用常规护理;将2021年11月—2022年4月期间收治的58例患者纳入观察组,采用路径式护理。比较两组入院时、随访6个月后的自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、满意度评分。结果随访6个月后观察组ESCA评分(146.20±13.89)分高于对照组(137.25±14.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.445,P<0.05)。随访6个月后观察组LCQ评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月后观察组满意度量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用路径式护理模式可以增强社区获得性肺炎患者的自我护理水平,提高满意度,改善生活质量水平,改善预后情况。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of path-based nursing model on prognosis of patients with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 116 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to 73rd Group Military Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and 58 patients admitted from May to October 2021 were included in the control group,and routine nursing was adopted.Fiftyeight patients admitted from November 2021 to April 2022 were included in the observation group and adopted pathbased nursing.The self-care ability score,quality of life score and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared at admission and 6 months after follow-up.Results After 6 months of follow-up,the ESCA score of the observation group(146.20±13.89) points was higher than that of the control group(137.25±14.09) points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.445,P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the LCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the satisfaction scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of path-based nursing model can enhance the self-care level of patients with community-acquired pneumonia,improve their satisfaction,improve their quality of life and improve their prognosis.
