无缝链接式护理在输尿管结石微创手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Seamless Linkage Nursing Care in Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Surgery for Ureteral Stones

目的 分析无缝链接式护理模式在输尿管结石微创手术中的应用效果。方法 简单随机选取2021年6月—2022年6月于江苏省宿迁市徐州医科大学附属沭阳医院泌尿外科接受诊治的输尿管结石患者40例为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序顺序分为对照组与研究组,各20例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用无缝链接式护理。对比两组护理模式应用下应激指标、并发症发生率以及术后康复情况变化。结果 术后3 d,研究组超氧化物歧化酶高于对照组,丙二醛低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05)。同对照组相比,研究组术后尿管留置时间、下床活动时间、住院时间更短,且术后3 h疼痛评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 输尿管结石微创手术治疗过程中,无缝链接式护理模式应用能够提高整体护理效果,对于促进患者预后恢复具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of seamless link nursing mode in minimally invasive operation of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 40 patients with ureteral calculi who were treated and treated in the Department of Urology,Affiliated Shuyang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University,Suqian,Jiangsu Province from June 2021 to June 2022were simple randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group,with 20patients in each group,according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received seamless link nursing.The stress index,complication rate and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results 3 d after operation,Superoxide dismutase in the study group was higher than that in the control group,Malondialdehyde was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group(10.00%) was lower than that of the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of urinary catheter indentation,getting out of bed and staying in hospital were shorter in the study group,and the pain score at 3 h after surgery was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of minimally invasive surgical treatment of ureteral calculi,the application of seamless link nursing model can improve the overall nursing effect,and has positive significance in promoting the prognosis of patients.
