早期康复护理提升急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者满意度的效果分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Care to Enhance Patient Satisfaction after PCI for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 探讨早期康复护理应用在急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后患者中的临床价值,分析其对患者满意度的影响。方法 方便选取2020年6月—2022年7月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院收治的行PCI手术的急性心肌梗死患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组。对照组39例患者接受常规护理,研究组39例在此基础上应用早期康复护理。对比两组情绪评分、生活质量、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔抑郁虑量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为97.44%显著高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.341,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为10.26%,显著低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.092,P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理应用在急性心肌梗死PCI术后可促进患者肠道蠕动,减轻术后腹部不适,并降低患感染的风险。

Objective To explore the clinical value of early rehabilitation nursing application in post-PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to analyze its effect on patient satisfaction.Methods 78 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery at Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from June 2020 to July 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method.39 patients in the control group received routine care,while 39 patients in the study group received early rehabilitation care on this basis.Compared the emotional scores,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamil Depression Scale scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of 97.44% in the study group was significantly higher than 76.92% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.341,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.26%,significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.092,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing after PCI for acute myocardial infarction can promote intestinal peristalsis,reduce postoperative abdominal discomfort,and reduce the risk of infection.
