心理护理干预对维持性尿毒症血液透析患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Depression in Maintenance Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探讨心理护理干预在维持性尿毒症血液透析患者焦虑抑郁情绪中的作用。方法 方便选取2020年4月—2022年12月启东市中医院接诊的尿毒症维持性血液透析患者74例作为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组37例(采取常规护理)和观察组37例(采取常规护理和心理护理干预)。对比两组患者护理前后焦虑抑郁、生活质量、自我护理能力变化。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑情绪评分为(37.46±2.18)分,抑郁情绪评分为(39.21±2.09)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=19.051,18.610,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分、各项自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理方法的实施可以显著降低维持性尿毒症血液透析患者的焦虑情绪以及抑郁情绪,在改善患者自我护理能力和生活质量方面有积极作用,效果更好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and depression in maintenance uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 74 uremia maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(37 cases) with routine nursing and observation group(37 cases)with routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention by random number table method.The changes of anxiety and depression,quality of life and self-care ability before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were(37.46±2.18) points and(39.21±2.09) points respectively,both of which were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.051,18.610,P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing methods can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with maintenance uremic hemodialysis,and has a positive effect on improving patients' self-care ability and quality of life.The effect is better and it is worth promoting.
