以时间节点为导向的院内快速急救护理在急性脑卒中静脉溶栓中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Time Node Oriented Rapid Emergency Nursing in Hospital for Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Stroke

目的 探讨以时间节点为导向的院内快速急救护理在急性脑卒中静脉溶栓中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年9月—2021年6月在福州市第一总医院进行常规急救护理的80例急性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者纳入对照组,随机选取2021年7月—2022年9月在本院进行以时间节点为导向的院内快速急救护理的80例急性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者纳入研究组,对比两组运动功能评分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 护理后,研究组的上肢运动功能评分、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的心理功能、生活功能、环境适应以及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为96.25%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.103,P<0.05)。结论 以时间节点为导向的院内快速急救护理可以改善患者的运动功能以及生活质量,且护理满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of time node oriented rapid emergency nursing in hospital for intravenous thrombolysis in acute stroke.Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,80 patients with acute stroke intravenous thrombolysis who underwent routine emergency care in Fuzhou First General Hospital were randomly included in the control group.From July 2021 to September 2022,80 patients with acute stroke intravenous thrombolysis who underwent time-node-oriented in-hospital rapid emergency care in our hospital were randomly included in the study group.The motor function scores,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the upper limb and lower limb motor function scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological function,life function,environmental adaptation,and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was 96.25%,higher than 87.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.103,P<0.05).Conclusion Time node oriented rapid emergency care in the hospital can improve patients' motor function and quality of life,and has high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
